Your people should know each other.

Let’s Get Coffee helps communities build social capital.Through thoughtful introductions that bring the right people together, we turn trust into relationships and relationships into opportunities.

The problem

The people worth knowing are already in the building

Most never meet. They'd like to, but nothing ever puts them in the same room.

The big one

New people stay strangers

The person a new hire most needs to know is three desks over, and they'll never meet by accident. Multiply that across every team, every cohort, every quarter.

Cohorts and networks go cold

Students, alumni, members: full of people worth knowing, with no reason to connect.

Mentorship waits for luck

The person who could open a new path is a level up and a floor away. Without an introduction, they never cross.

Directories don't make friends

An org chart tells you who exists. It doesn't get two people into the same room for coffee.

The solution

Make meaningful connections happen, not just possible.

Let's Get Coffee introduces people who have a real reason to know each other, one introduction at a time, each with a clear reason to meet. Coffee chats, lunch tables, mentoring, and new-hire buddies, run from one place for your whole organization.

See all 6 ways to connect

The buddy program and mentoring are switched on one organization at a time, and Lunch Table is on its way. Tell us about your people and we’ll set them up with you.

How it works

From strangers to conversations in four simple steps.

01

Choose who's included

A team, a new-hire cohort, an office, or the whole organization.

02

Invite members

Invite by email or one shared link. Joining takes two minutes, and it's always opt-in.

03

Members set their pace

Each person shares what they're into, what they'd like help with, and how often they'd like a new introduction.

04

Then it runs itself

Thoughtful introductions arrive at each person's own pace, each with a clear reason to meet. Nobody has to chase, pair, or schedule.

The experience

See what a thoughtful introduction looks like.

No feed, no directory to browse, no cold outreach. One person worth knowing, why you might connect, and an easy way to arrange the coffee.

  1. 1 · It arrives, with why it makes sense
  2. 2 · You arrange the coffee

    You both said yes

Pick a time, and Daniel confirms it.

Where you'll meet is shared only after you both confirm.

Outcomes

Stronger relationships. Stronger organizations.

Relationships stay inside each team until the right two people meet. Then each new relationship carries ideas and know-how a little further.

  • Cross-team collaboration

Two departments understand each other before a problem escalates.

  • Onboarding

New hires meet people beyond their team early, and know who to ask.

  • Mentorship

Know-how travels from a mentor a level up to a peer in another office.

  • Engagement

People take part because the introductions are worth their time.

  • Belonging

Fewer people quietly left out, and more who feel known.

Trust & proof

Built for meaningful, trusted connections.

  • Consent first

Opt-in, always. Nothing happens until both people say yes.

  • Private by design

An introduction shows a first name and team, no photo. Where you meet is shared once you both confirm.

  • Hosts see patterns, not people

Participation and which teams are connecting. Never what's said, anyone's notes, or who was introduced to whom in a coffee round.

  • Out whenever

Pause or leave without explaining yourself to anyone.

Questions

Everything you need to get started.

How long does setup take?

An afternoon. Pick who's included, invite people by email or one shared link, and start your first round. Invitations, introductions, and reminders go out on their own after that.

What does it cost?

Nothing right now. Billing isn't on yet, so there's no card and no contract. Paid plans for larger companies are coming, and we'll set one up with you when you're ready.

Making the case to someone else? Send them the short version
What does it ask of our people?

Two minutes to opt in: a few interests and what they're hoping for. Then one introduction at a time, and they can pause or leave without explaining themselves to anyone.

How is privacy handled?

Participation is opt-in, and nothing happens until both people say yes. A host never sees what people talked about, their notes, or who was introduced to whom in a coffee round.

What if people don't take part?

Then the program has told you something, and it isn't that your people failed. We never name anyone to a host for not taking part, and we'd rather make no introduction than a bad one.

What can organizers measure?

How the program is going: who's taking part, how many introductions people have had, which teams are connecting, and feedback as a spread of ratings. Counts and patterns, never conversations.

Meeting someone new should feel like a small gift, never a task, and always your choice.
