Meet the colleagues you'd be glad to know.
Let's Get Coffee introduces you to people at your own workplace, one coffee chat at a time: other teams, other offices, people a few years ahead of you. You don't have to wait for anyone to set it up.
Only people with an address at your workplace can join. You choose whether to.
Each workplace has its own page. Find yours to see how to join your colleagues there.
Big workplaces, small circles
The colleagues who'd make your work better are usually outside your team. A coffee chat is the easy way to meet them, once someone makes the introduction.
You know your team, and that's about it
The people two floors up, in another office, in the function you keep emailing: they're colleagues in name only.
New joiners start from zero
Your first months are easier when you know someone in finance, someone in product, someone who's been here ten years.
Nobody has time to set up a programme
Coffee roulette and lunch tables work, but someone has to run them. Most workplaces never get round to it.
How joining your workplace works
Find your workplace
Search by name, or type the domain of your work email.
Confirm your work address
Sign in with your work email, or get a 6-digit code sent to it. A personal address like Gmail never counts.
Join when you choose
Confirming your address doesn't add you to anything. You join only when you select Join.
Meet one colleague at a time
Once there's someone for you to meet, you get one introduction with a real reason to grab a coffee.
Yours to choose, start to finish
Joining is your choice, you share only what you want on your profile, and every introduction comes with a reason. Saying no to one is always fine.
Feel safe to show up
Every introduction should feel intentional, explainable, and respectful. You stay in control of what you share, who sees it, and how often you take part.
- Opt-in participation
- Introductions with a reason
- Privacy-first profiles
Enjoy the reason to come back
Meeting someone new should feel warm, simple, and human, not awkward, transactional, or forced.
- Warm introductions
- A clear reason to connect
- Friendly conversation starters
Good to know
- Do I need my company's permission?
- Joining is a personal choice, like joining a lunch club. The community isn't run by your employer unless its own team makes it official, and the page says so. When they prove they control the company's domain, it becomes official and they can host it.
- Can I use this to meet people at a company I don't work at?
- No. Only people with an email address at one of a workplace's domains can join its community. It's for colleagues meeting each other, not for reaching a company from the outside.
- Will my manager or HR see what I do?
- Other members of your workplace's community can see your profile inside Let's Get Coffee. If your workplace's own team makes the community official, its hosts can see who the members are and the community's activity from then on, never anything from before. The public page never lists who has joined.
- What if my workplace isn't listed?
- You can start a community for the people there, and we'll help you set it up. Searches that find nothing also tell us which workplaces to add next.
- Can I leave?
- Yes, at any time, from the community's page in the app. The people you've already met stay in your connections.
Your next coffee is down the hall.
